We do this by addressing the social and emotional needs of the adult stakeholders first.

Event Curator
Simone utilizes her analytical and organizational skills to support schools, agencies and CBOs plan, coordinate and execute high quality wellness experiences for youth and adults. All wellness experiences incorporate trauma informed practices and experiential activities.

Social Work Leadership
Simone empowers Social Workers to let go of imposter syndrome, and develop positive self-confidence in multidisciplinary professional settings. Simone anchors her talk on her book " The Ultimate Social Worker's Diary" where she exposes her professional trauma being a social worker for the NYC Public School System.

ARISE for Educators
Simone provides professional development training for educators to address social, emotional and behavioral challenges in a trauma informed way. Mastery of the ARISE Framework will cultivate stronger, trusting relationships between stakeholders, and teach the students what healthy communication looks like when facing conflict.
